We are personnel consultants. We ask you about your objectives, both as a customer and a candidate. That allows us to provide you with customized consulting and propose you for the right position.
We search the entire market – not just our files! – to find the right candidate for each position.
First, we want to get to know you. Please send us your application materials, including a brief letter and your credentials. Then we will set an initial interview date with you, and we will compare your profile with the requirements for the open positions on our list. If your profile fits one of the positions that need to be filled, we will be happy to invite you to a face-to-face meeting.
If none of the current vacancies matches your profile, you will naturally still receive a notification from us and be entered into our database.
Applicants do not pay any fees for personnel consulting.
We work with media companies throughout Germany, such as book and magazine publishers as well as other companies in the media industry, including agencies, service providers, etc. In some areas, especially the digital field, we also work internationally.
Our applicants’ data is strictly confidential. Discretion is our highest priority, so we naturally contact you first and talk to you about new vacancies before contacting our customers.
